Simple, pull it up against a solid wall or loading dock, put the carriage up against the wall or dock. Put it in forward slowly press the throttle to the floor, if the tires spin your converter is locking, if your getting 3 to 4 thousand rpms at the engine and the wheels arent spinning the converter is shot.
