Well, the trans pressure was fine at between 80 and 120, so I was all set and beginning to take the trans out to replace the torque converter, when it was noticed the e brake cable was stuck solidly. We had previously jacked it up and spun the drive wheels, so I thought it wasn't that. When we released the cable the forklift moved fine once again...
