I have 2 Verasitor Yales that had the heads rebuilt 3000 hrs ago. Both are back to the same antics. Same codes same actions. These are the 2.4 GM engine. The fuel system has the pressure sensor on the fuel rail. A third truck had the ECM and injectors from an older Hyster installed on it when the head was done and is running great.
Is it in my head or is the later Fortis/ Verasitor trucks extreamly hard on cylinder heads? I have ten of the older trucks that have no pressure sensor and they all have 10k plus hrs with absolutely no head problems.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
