After this whole experience I think I will just leave the customer unit down and use the proper channels from within no matter how long it takes to fix thier unit. If you think about it, it is not my call to try to run my van the way I want to but the way the company wants me to. On a funnier note with this whole thing I must be doing a horrible job for the fact I have five customers that will wait for me while there unit is down and dont want no one else there and one waited six days while I was on vacation.
