Thanks of the advice. it does appear to be somehow connected to the battery issue, yet it does the same when jumped off another truck with another battery. The fact that it has actually worked twice when working on it and intermittantly flashes/scrolls through the display indicating battery error makes me think its the logic bdi settings which may be out of adjustment or faulty at that, lets see if the customer gets logic tested and what they come back with. Will let you know what it was once sorted :)
