Service call comes in, "my truck won't steer". I go check it out. A Clark C500-30 and the center bellcrank pin is snapped off. I jack it up, block it, and unbolt the steer axle. Pull and slide it out the side. Since the pin is welded on that type axle, I will have to take it to the shop to replace it. I ask one of the workers if they could help me get it in my truck. A minute later this "Mongo" shows up. It is 100 feet to my truck and suggest to Mongo that we both pick it up and put it on a pallet jack, wheel it to my truck, and we both lift it in. He says "I don't think we need to do that". Next thing I see is this one big hand, with a glove on, reach down and pick it up. I get out of his way and he carries it, one handed, to my truck, stops, swings it up, and plops it in my truck. OK, thank you.
