I am not showing a rebuild for this controller but that does not mean that one is not available. I will check further to see if one can be found. Does the display show any codes. You need to check all the connections going to the controller to make sure all pins are making good contact. You can also remove the top of the steer motor and check the wires for short to ground. I will reply back if I can find a rebuild. Good Luck.
