Hi, I have just taken over the refurbishment of the Family's Clark CY50 forklift. ( hasn't been going for about 8 years, but was driven to it's current position.

I have got the beast starting & running, all the hydralics appear to be functioning ok, but when I put it into either forward or reverse, it will not move.

My initial thoughts are
1. ??? Transmission fluid is low ???
... where is the dipstick / filler point & what type of TX fluid should I use.
2. safety switch ???

3. beats the **** oft of me At the moment.

all coments appreciated, thanks

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
