sorry but over here (uk) hyster reachstackers are`nt rated very much,one of my customers has 3 off them and they all failed very early after delivery with drive axle probs,for bif trucks you cant really beat the people that specialise in building them i.e kalmar,svetruck,smv ect.
people like hyster and linde in my opinion seem to view big truck building as an off shoot of what is there core buisness which is warehouse equipment and counter balance trucks up to 3ton.
there big machines in my opinion dont get as much design and development budget as they should and therefore find it hard to compete against the big boys.
