Error No. 39 & 45 said that one of your intermediate circuit was not charged enough voltage to switch ON the controller. Try to check the followings possibilities : Battery voltage, Charging circuit including charging contactor K2/K3 and charging resitor, check all the electrical contact on this path e.g. wiring connection and keyswitch,....or your power module have short circuit inside to make a bybass the capacitor and ever get the expected voltage >70% battery voltage ?
