We did have tracking in the vans but with no one in the office to watch it in the early hours of the morning no problem to the thief. The thiefs did know exactly where the tracking boxes where mounted and ripped them right out and knew exactely where the antenas where mounted and ripped those out. Tools are insured but found out they are depreciated as the insurence company rates them as used tools so who know what I am gonna get for them. Dollar wise I did not have to much compared to some other techs. as I only bought what I needed to do the job and as a field tech. you really dont need much. I dont get out to Ontario at all and the only Rancho I have been to is Rancho Dominguez of the 405 freeway.
