1. Agree with mffixtit - the lift is 15 years old.
2. Would need more information as to overall condtion, tires, mast spects (2 stage/3stage, attachment (side shifter, etc.
3. Don't be fooled by the low hours - hourmeters can be replaced (done very frequently) or stopped working some time ago and never replaced, tc - look at the wear on the mast channels, looseness in the steering axle etc. At 6500 hours that is only 433 hours per year or 36 hours per month - seems to low to be original hours
4 Is the $15k Canadian or USD?
5 What is the warranty they are offering - parts & labor for what period?
6. What does "just serviced" mean - changed oil, filters, lubed etc or a complete systems check out?
7. What type of application did it come out of - lumber, brick/block,recycling, etc?
