This can not be good for the companies involved,say a customer wants a 16,000kg fork lift the Hyster rep dose all the work dose the demo the customer likes the truck but the price is a bit high he would pay that but some one tells him a bout yale. He calls Yale and there price is 20% lower. Same again with Cat but the Mits is 20% lower who loses out. Nacco will say they will get the sale any way but they have devalued the Hyster brand. With Toyota one brand one price
