It would be wonderful if you could help us troubleshoot this problem. we are very limited on books or equiptment to work with. a long while several months ago one of my men said there was a throttle position sensor code E 23. as i was saying before it will run when i interduced gas in the throttle body. there is fuel to the injectors there is fuel pressure. There is fire to the spark plug. The main relay& egi relay has voltage to it it also has voltage leaving it to the ecm. Execpt relay #1 has 0 voltage and seems to work but # 141 a W/G wire has 0volts leaving the relay going to the ecm. when in the ignition is in the on position 12 volts in the off position.There is voltage at each injector when installing a noid light the light will not pulsate. telling me there is no injector paulse , therefor no fuel in the combustion chamber. we hav no resorse to ANY AMERICA dealers or otherwise we also have no sorce here in Iraq. thank you for your help
