The countless stories of people earning their permits by not having to operate the forklift for the instructor, attending a course for 2 separate classes of lift trucks that only took 4 hours and earned their permit, and others who simply acquired a pallet, placed it down on the ground, and returned it where they acquired it from, and earned their permit.

Just insane and ridiculous, and then one wonders why there are so many incidents.
