Hello all,
I have the same controller FZ5018C and the same problem.
Error 260 (incorrect voltage to pump motor) and sometimes error 142 (no amps to pump motor). I measure voltage to pump motor (49v) but no amps (0A) indeed.
The forklift (hyster j1.6xnt) still drives, but no lift. As soon as you touch one of the lift levers the message appears and main contactor shuts down.
I haven't opened the controller yet, because I wanted to make sure the problem wasn't elsewhere.
Would it be possible to tell me what parts were burned in your case and what eventually made the deal? If the parts were burned heavily, do you have the parts numbers eventually, because I think there is a good chance that mine has the same parts burned.
I don't have any schematics of this controller.
Any advice that could help me out would be highly appreciated.
