Having issues with the lifting system on this forklift. I can hit the clutch pedal and function the lift lever and it'll go up just slightly then stop. Same with tilt, or fork separator. Will not lower at all no matter the sequence. Unit is stuck in air 2 ft and would like any input to try to get this moving again. Thanks in advance.
