Has a traniee the right to be entered for the test at the end of the training period. This debate i had with another instructor. As i mainly train on the reach truck if my traniee hasnt reached a good standard the day before the test i will not test them and take them off the course. My worry is if someone has been performing to a poor standard all week and they go for the test and pass this is a big concern. I explain to my trainees that the test at the end of the week is a very small part of the course i assess them all through the week looking for improvement.
