RAN ANALOG TEST - OUTPUT TEST - INPUT TEST
A04 THROTTLE POTS NEUTRAL 1.36-1.74V, FULL FWD TF.60-1.30V, FULL REV FF 1.80-2.50V, THESE ARE GOOD VOLTAGES, IF ANYBODY WANTS TO COMPARE.
TEST I00 AND I01, TEST O00. ALL GOOD.
ALSO FOUND WHEN STEERING POINTING DIRECTLY STRAIGHT - THROTTLE STOPS RESPONDING, NOTICED BRAKE COIL NOT COMING OFF. TURNED THE STEERING LEFT OR TIGHT WHILE PUSHING THROTTLE, BRAKE COMES OFF AND TRUCK IS RUNNING FINE. SUSPECTED WIRING ISSUE. FOUND OUT IF BRAKE DOES NOT COME OFF FOR ANY REASON VM WILL DISABLE TRACTION AS IT DOES NOT SEE RPM INCREASE ON THE SPEED SENSOR. INSPECTED FUTHER AND BRAKE WIRE JP20-14 WOULD OPEN INTERMITTENTLY. HTE WIRING RUNNING ON TOP OF TRACTION MOTOR. FIXED THE OPEN AND ALL GOOD.
