Behind the kick panel on the right side, the VSM is mounted to the front panel. The kick panel is held in with metal clips. Pry the lower part off the upper to remove. Go to VSM, the eighth connector down on the right side. That is where power is supplied to the relay. Pin nine or wire 754A red. Check connection at VSM and make sure pin or socket is seated in the connector. If all checks good, verify ohms reading from the pin to the relay. Good Luck
