yes after i looked that unit up it is apparently electric.
so yes what you said about the steering wheel going to full stop would cause these issues too. And also if the battery is weak it may not have the power to turn the wheels to full stop and create this issue as well.
It looks a lot like a cube lift, very compact compared to the other C6000's i've worked on in the past.
It's been quite some time since i worked on one of these so my memory is a bit rusty on some of the specifics. :)
