Ramzi,

The second step says to check for 12 volts at VSM CPS2 socket 35. Since you are reading 48 volts, dead short to battery. Wire 200A goes from socket 35 to Estop switch then to fuse 4. Remove fuse 4 and check voltage again. If it drops to 12 volts suspect something in the lift. If it stays the same check CPS52. Remove all pins and sockets and look for loose wires. Good Luck.
