The seals would be for the clutch pack pistons. This would be included in a trans rebuild since you have to tear down the trans. I imagine with all you have done; the filter and fluid have been changed. Does the dash say trans brake limited more when the trans is warm or cold? If it shows more when it is warm, suspect clutch packs are worn or weak torque convertor. Will need to complete a stall test. Thanks
