How do you know that no gas is getting through the vaporiser?? You have bottkebpressure at one side and around psi at the engine side if you take the outlet pipe off and crank the engine you will not get gas through as it relies on vacume pressure to allow gas through the vaporiser. Take thee outlet pipe off you have no vacume so no gas
