Yes , disconnect components until frame ground goes away. Usually the frame ground is caused by brush dust in motor since it was rained on that could cause dust get wet and collect causing frame ground. Disconnect
Battery and blow out motors with air and check
Before you pull components if not then check
Contractors first with the hyds and steer slow as well you may have shorted control card assy
