I have a 2 stage mast on a G20E-3 CX-06451
it has just a 2 stage and the top bearing (not on the carriage) is siezed.
When i raise it you can hear grinding and popping as it barely turns.
Here is a picture of the bearing

The problem is i can't figure out for the life of me how to get that 1st stage down. I can take off the carriage no problem I unhooked all 4 chains
Do i have to take the entire mast off the forklift just to change that 1 bearing?
The model number of the mast on this daewoo is A216013 that's stamped in the side
