I have a Raymond 8510 with a leaking right side lift cylinder. Is there a way to replace the cylinder without completely disassembling the entire lift? I understand the separating of the truck side from the fork assembly but the Raymond service manual shows what appears to be an almost different truck as far as breakdown and installation. The process involves blocking the truck off the ground but doesn't seem to provide enough room under the lift to actually work. Can the truck be laid on it's side similar to a Crown PC/PE when rebuilding lift linkage and get the job done?
