I jumpered the wires that were accessed under the step panel held by 2 hexhead. I wasnt sure I wanted to drill them out without knowing it was an access but I took the chance. That limit switch looks like a pain to replace. I wish crown didnt use aluminum wires for everything - especially under a step that gets wet and grime. I suppose they saved a few bucks.
