Understood. I was hoping otherwise...I am thinking I should take the valve body off first and maybe get a seal kit before trying to get at and into the transmission. I'll price it out with a local forklift shop, but if it's too expensive I'll get an engine hoist and take it on myself. I'm about to retire so I have the time. I don't know how to drop the mast so I guess I'll be taking out the engine and then opening up the transmission. As opposed to trying to come out the front. I have the Service manual but just getting to the clutch packs (forward and reverse) looks pretty complex.
