As you are Moving Back and forth it starts getting sluggish. and then it will hesitate like it has no oil in it but the tank is full. it will lift and steer. and it has no High speed. any Ideas what it Could Be. Thanks

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
