Actually the machine I drive is 752R45TT, I'm not sure how much difference that makes. The tilt back/up stopped working consistently a while back, then it only worked sporadically (like 10 minutes a day) and now.... nothing, and someone who drove it during second shift tilted down and THEN discovered they up doesn't work.
The entire wiring harness has been replaced, the technician here will go into the panel behind where you lean against and do something and then I'll have tilt for a few hours, but I've given up asking and now I just park it and get a different machine if I have to move something that requires good tilt control. He says that Raymond is surprised that something like this is going on, but when I ask The Google about it there are MANY posts/questions about tilt not working.
So I'm pretty handy, just not certified, and want to try to learn as much as I can on my own to see if I can get it going myself somehow magically.

The down tilt actuates, you can hear the hydraulics, the up tilt doesn't actuate any hydraulics at all. When its working sporadically the hydraulic will sound when the tips go up and quiet when they do not, but I'm holding the thumb switch the whole time. Sometimes I have pushed the switch down and wiggled a little bit side to side and then the tilt up starts working, sometimes that has no affect.
Main board? Wiring? hydraulic solenoid? Ideas?
Anyone, Buehler, Buehler?
