So the crown finished charging with the Hyster connected to it. The Hyster is now showing 26.15 Volts measuring from the terminals the 2 charger wires are connected at. It's still doing the 3 flash thing with the Shutdown and Charged lights.

I checked each battery and they're all over 6-volt. I did a load test on each battery and they all passed. Really, all I have left at this point is the charger.
