just a wild guess but have you checked the pump fuse circuit?
there should be a large fuse inline with the pump power circuit most likely tied into the buss bars associated with the pump contactor or controller.
check the connections, make sure they are all tight and not corroded.
i don't have much info on these trucks but as an educated guess the fuse and connections would be my first place to check.
