Had a look today. My timing light is dead so waiting on amazon to sort me that. I noticed though the no1 lead on the distributor isnt at 9 o clock or facing the front of the engine. This ones at 12. Would this make a difference? Obviously its firing 1342 from this point.
Also would you have any info on where exactly every vaccum line etc goes on the intake manifold and carb unit and the one for vaccum advance. When she first arrived the small orange vac line was connected to the governer.
What is meant to be connected to the governer. As i put the only spare line i could find which was a tee off from the rocker breather which goes to the air box
