well the parts book shows 2 tube assemblies, one goes across the front, sort of wraps around the front of the block? that's not the one you described but just for reference sake and might need it down the road the part number for that one is 2022302.
Now the one you described that goes under the exhaust manifold? It's a sort of straight pipe with a slight bend in it and has a smaller tap line about 1/2 way or there abouts? (that small tap line actually connects to the other pipe from the looks of the parts book layout). Anyhow the part number for that pipe is 2022305. The o-ring part number is 1361827.
These are hyster part numbers, if you might want aftermarket ones i cannot help you there sir ;o).
