Hey all, first id like to say thank you for any help you may have with this issue. We arrived at the jobsite with our forklift(not sure of model number, wouldnt let me post without selecting one.). Its a single extension mast after the forks reach max height. Once we arrived at the site, we proceeded to measure the mast of said lift, and then the doorways and we have yet to find a door thats tall enough to allow easy access into/out of the building. A little more info.

The jobsite is preexisting so removing doors is not an option. We will be tearing out around 15000sqft of tile/vct/carpet and loading all trash into a cut down dump box to allow us to drive it out the exterior doors. The problem were having is the mast is 7'2 and most doors in this building are only 6'10-7'. Either way we need to get around 4 inches off the mast and re-weld it to get in and out.

Again any info you guys could provide would be great, i know its not the best idea to cut them up but it will be professionally welded back together and were definitely not trying to do a hack job on such an important tool. If theres any other information i can provide that you may need to figure out a solution let me know ill be checking back every 5-10 minutes to see what can be done.
