The Pressure at the Mixer is controlled through the Regulator.
I really think you have a regulator problem.
On this "Low" pressure system, if you take your LPG feed hose off at the Mixer, Turn LPG Tank ON. Then turn Key on. Not Cranking, and Hear or see LPG come out, You have a Regulator Problem.
