Ignore the model, i dont know the exact model it is so i just selected one. Ive got a pallet jack at work that always shows the battery is at 82%, even after charging it over night and running it all day. We were kind of wondering if maybe it was an error code or if something is not working. We just got this jack brand new in January. Any help is appreciated.
