Hate to burst your bubble but it looks like Taylor Machine Works, Louisville, Mississippi - a significant player in the port equipment products material handling equipment beat you to the punch with two zero emission top handlers put in operation in October 2019. MAYBE you will be the second to do so this next quarter unless the Corona virus has affected your plans.
Here is a brief statement from Taylor
"Last year Taylor Machine Works unveiled the industry's first Zero Emission Loaded Container Handler to the world. The top handlers are being used daily by the Port of Los Angles and here is what they are saying:

"We are pleased with performance results that we are receiving from drivers, mechanics and Everport management as the equipment is tested daily in real-world conditions," said Port of Los Angeles Executive Director Gene Seroka. "We are doing everything possible to advance commercially feasible solutions to meet our goal of transitioning all cargo-handling equipment to zero emissions by 2030.".........
