You said it had weak spark, replaced distributor , coil, plugs and wires, how is the spark? You said you verified cam timing, you removed top cover and checked timing belt? trying to get a feel for what you have done so I can help. What fuel system is on the lift, who makes it? Since you shot ether in it and it did not try to start, I suspect either serious spark issue, or timing out 180. Verify the timing of distributor install with engine on DTC. Remove the bolt holding the distributor and turn it as far one way as the other and try to start. This should tell you if it is a timing problem. I will check in this weekend.
