Hello, I noticed while ignition is on with out engine running, there is a humming coming from the actuator and when I work the throttle pedal, the actuator moves with a grinding sound. After moving fully and then only halfway it stops and throws the code e16-2. I have changed the switches on the actuator and the sensor on the pedal. Checked wire harness found a few bad spots and repaired them. Is this actuator bad? Thanks
