SCM code 1- 52. Truck looses start up power intermittently, but still has power to accessories (work lights, fans, VMUs). Access 1 would not light up. All fuses, relays, contactors, key switch all checked out ok. Tech was called out and said it wouldnt key up because it was left in tow mode. The problem occurred before the truck was towed back to shop. Truck was released back to service. The next day there was a safety issue where operator was injured when she said truck free fell in its last stage while under lower command. (last 10'' or so to the ground). Are these 2 issues related? As for the 'free fall'- tech said it was operator error. (not buying that either) These are wire guided if that matters.
