I just had our braking system redone on our Hyster S60XM. Our brakes only feel minimally better after the almost 2k dollar job. I have to put a lot of pressure on the brake pedal for it to start braking and even then it does not stop as well as I thought a new system would. The technician told me that there is not a lot of pressure on the brakes because of the "old" design of the system. He said the brake has to deactivate the transmission first then it will brake. I don't know much about these braking systems, does this sound right to anyone? Please help, thanks in advance!!
