Before doing the things listed below first i would verify the battery charge and make sure it is charged up and the lift is not in 'lift lockout'. It should display this on the LCD Display. Or anything else that may be wrong.
ok... now...
there are some fuses on the distribution panel located under the left side step
FU4 - Main control fuse 15A
FU5 - Option fuse 15A
FU6 - Power supply input fuse 15A
FU7 - Power supply output fuse 15A
While your checking fuses on the distribution panel you can also check the following:
K2 - Seat relay (hydraulic locout and parking brake relay)
