No start problem due to no power at the governor, I am not really sure where it gets it's power from. It's fly by wire and the governor controls the butterfly. Also had no ground at the fuel level KC off, but bypass that pretty easy. The two may be connected in some way but not positive. Engine will fire on either if sprayed in the PCV vacuum hose, but not if I spray it in the air intake. Hope all this wasn't to confusing and any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
