Hello All, any guidance is greatly appreciated. we have a Raymond EASi r40tt, and out of the blue started giving error code 5d, now sifting through forums, I found to check for the smarti cable coming loose from the main board but there is no cable to check, aka im assuming is isn't smart equipped, then I saw that it is as easy as shutting the smart setting off in the settings, however I have no idea how to get into the service menu, I tried a few different combinations I found online but nothing seems to be working, any ideas?
