Hi All
We have 2 Order Pickers one with error code 30116 Traction Encode mismatch. No up and down no forward or reverse.We check the switches the connection everything's okay.
Could you guide me where to look or how to fix it. I'm thinking its the controller the ACE0 but supplier said that rarely breaks.

2nd picker can go up and down and no forward or reverse.
error 25350 NODE 2.
