We don't get many trouble shooting problems as such. Mainly parts availability, battery connectors and key switches, you would expect these to be a standard items. We waited over a week. We had to send a motor away just to have a set of brushes replaced, because it needed to be resealed and tested. It looked like a standard brush gear guard without any vents. You can only imagine how long we waited for this back.
