The turbo is actuated by vacuum.
I'm assuming you have a BJC engine in it?
The ECU sends the signals to a black vacuum solenoid up by the radiator on the left as you look under the bonnet. Are all the vacuum hoses good? And is the vacuum pump working correctly.
