I would be interested in knowing if this got any press notice?
would any other managers have learned that this is not appropriate?

I would also like to know if any of the techs who raised the question with the state had any trouble finding a new job, or if anyone has had the former employer share their side of the details with possible future employers? In other words, did the management (that was found to be wrong by the state) retaliate against their former employees in any way?
